Cookie policy
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites store in the user's browser to remember information about their visit. We also use similar technologies (such as tags and pixels). On this page we refer to all of them as "cookies".
Who uses the cookies?
The data controller is the owner of this website. Some cookies are managed by trusted third parties (Google) when you give your consent, for the purposes described below.
Consent
On your first visit you will see a cookie banner managed by CookieYes. Analytics and advertising cookies are only activated if you accept them. Until then they remain blocked through Google's "Consent Mode". You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" button in the footer.
Types of cookies we use
| Category | Purpose | Provider / examples | Requires consent? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Remember your cookie choice and enable basic site functionality. | CookieYes (cookieyes-consent) | No |
| Analytics | Measure in aggregate how the site is used (page views, traffic source) to improve it. | Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager (_ga, _ga_*) | Yes |
| Advertising / marketing | Measure the performance of our campaigns and show relevant ads. Active only when campaigns are running and you accept them. | Google (Google Ads / remarketing) | Yes |
We use Google Tag Manager as a container to manage these tags; by itself it does not store cookies with your data.
How long do they last?
The CookieYes consent cookie is normally kept for up to 1 year. Google's analytics cookies range from session duration to 2 years. You can review the details and revoke your consent at any time.
How to manage or delete cookies
Besides the "Cookie settings" button on this site, you can manage or delete them from your browser settings:
